We are looking for passionate researchers
Post-Quantum Cryptography and Security (PQSnC) Lab is one of the laboratories at Korea University. Our research spans a wide range of topics in post-quantum cryptography, with a strong emphasis on rigorous mathematical foundations and practical security models.
We primarily study post-quantum public-key encryption, digital signatures, zero-knowledge proofs, and bio-metric cryptographic protocols.
In addition to designing secure and efficient schemes, we are deeply committed to analyzing the underlying mathematical hardness assumptions—especially lattice-based problems—through structural and algebraic techniques. This dual approach ensures that the cryptographic constructions we develop are both practically deployable and theoretically sound.
With the knowledge and experiences, we have carried out numerous with Korea Information Security Agency (KISA), Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI), National Security Research Institute (NSRI), Samsung co. and so on. Alumni from our lab are working at research centers of government and leading companies such as Samsung, LG, and more.

Principal Investigator
Assistant Professor, School of Cybersecurity, Korea University
In 2025, Prof. Changmin Lee joined the School of Cybersecurity at Korea University as a faculty member. With a strong academic foundation from Seoul National University and research at the Korea Institute for Advanced Study (KIAS), he has established himself as a leading figure in the study of algebraic structures underlying cryptographic hardness assumptions.
As the head of the PQSnC Lab, he continues to push the boundaries of post-quantum cryptographic research.
